In an effort to increase its service offering and meet the expectations of Canadian businesses, ScopServ has been granted registration status (CLEC Type III) with the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) to provide flexible and highly scalable IP Telephony cloud services.

ScopServ now offers a new product line SCOPCLOUD, a cloud-based communication platform (CPaaS) supported by a national telecommunications infrastructure that provides a robust, reliable and secure interconnection to the public switched telephone network.
